Born and raised in the West Country of England, founder Jodi Shays fell in love with and moved to America after a lengthy backpacking trip in her early twenties. Her love of beauty, nature, and design led her to blend her favorite memories from the west coast of England and the many places she has called home in America into these hand-poured coconut wax candles.
A note from Jodi
This candle was inspired by my journey from the west coast of England where I was born, to the coasts of New England and California. I love to hike and camp, and I also love to drink bourbon. This candle reminds me of those evenings camping and listening to the waves crash in my favorite places. What I love about the notes in this candle is that it’s not strong—the vanilla breaks it down but doesn’t overwhelm it. Go on and raise a glass.
